General Questions

Why Choose Saitrack?
Saitrack offers advanced GPS tracking and recovery solutions designed to provide ultimate protection for your vehicle.

We have been in business for over 15+ years, originally focusing on fleet tracking services, but due to high demand, we have expanded to serve private vehicle owners as well.

Our mission is to provide secure, long-term vehicle tracking with a simple, one-time payment.

How Long Does Installation Take?

The installation, setup, and programming process is quick and efficient, typically taking anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Do I Need to Make an Appointment?

Yes, an appointment is required.

To ensure a dedicated technician is available and to minimize any wait time, we now require appointments to be scheduled a minimum of a few hours in advance. While we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins if a technician is free, booking ahead guarantees faster service for both new installations and routine service checks.

What Happens to My Service If Saitrack Closes Down?

We understand your concern with long-term plans. While no business can absolutely guarantee the future, your Saitrack service is prepaid and set to run independently. If any operational changes occur, we are committed to notifying customers and supporting a smooth transition.
Does Saitrack have a remote engine disable or shut down feature?
No, Saitrack does not offer a remote engine disable or shut down feature.
This is a deliberate safety decision: modern vehicle manufacturers advise against sudden engine shutdowns while moving, as it can be hazardous, potentially cause damage to the vehicle's electrical or diagnostic systems, and lead to future error codes. We prioritize your safety and the longevity of your vehicle. For effective and secure protection, we provide 24/7 Stolen Vehicle Recovery Assistance instead, which is a much safer and more effective solution.
Does Saitrack offer remote features like locking/opening doors or audio monitoring?
No. Saitrack was designed with simplicity and security as the main focus. We do not offer remote door locking, unlocking, or audio listening features.

Our primary goal is to provide the most effective tools for vehicle recovery and knowing the real-time location of your assets or loved ones. By focusing on these core functions, we ensure the device remains small, discreet, and reliable.

Using precise GPS tracking, our in-house and external teams collaborate to guide authorities directly to the vehicle's exact location, maximizing the chances of a quick response and recovery.
Is real-time tracking always available?

Wired vs. Wireless Devices

What’s the difference between Saitrack wired and wireless GPS trackers?
Wired GPS trackers (Connect-Pro) are connected directly to your vehicle's power source, offering continuous tracking without worrying about battery life.

Wireless GPS trackers (Flex Wireless) run on rechargeable or replaceable batteries and do not require any modifications to your vehicle. Since they aren't connected to the vehicle's electrical system, they won't void your car's warranty or cause any damage.
Can a wired tracker drain my car battery?

No, wired trackers (Connect-Pro) are designed to draw minimal power from the vehicle. However, if the car is not used for extended periods (e.g., weeks), it's recommended to monitor battery levels.
Do wireless trackers need frequent charging?

It depends on usage and the device model (Flex Wireless). Some wireless trackers can last weeks on a single charge, while others may require charging every few days. Basically, it depends on how often you drive.
Which one is better for stolen vehicle recovery?

Wired trackers (Connect-Pro) are generally better for stolen vehicle recovery because they provide continuous tracking. However, a wireless tracker (Flex Wireless) can still be effective if properly charged and maintained.
How will I know when the Wireless Battery Needs Charging?

Your mobile app will display the tracker's current battery status (Flex Wireless). Additionally, when the battery level drops low, you'll receive a notification reminding you to charge it, ensuring uninterrupted tracking.
Can the wireless tracker be used for recovery?

Yes, the wireless tracker (Flex Wireless) works just as effectively as the wired one (Connect-Pro) for vehicle recovery. Just make sure to keep it charged to ensure continuous tracking and optimal performance.
