1. General Use and Service
  • Service Activation and Coverage: Saitrack services are billed on an annual basis and cannot be paused or suspended, including for vehicle repairs or time overseas.
  • Non-Refundable Service: Service fees are non-refundable, even if the vehicle is sold or transferred before the end of the service term.
  • Ownership and Authorization: By signing up for Saitrack’s services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner for the installation of tracking equipment. Saitrack disclaims any liability for disputes or unauthorized installations. Misrepresentation holds you solely liable for any resulting consequences, including potential suspension of services.
  • Privacy and Consent: Saitrack products and services are intended solely for lawful use. You affirm that you will not use Saitrack products to track or monitor individuals without their knowledge and consent, in accordance with privacy laws. Saitrack assumes no responsibility for any misuse or privacy violations.
  • Device Tampering: You agree not to tamper with, modify, or remove the installed tracking system. Any service interruptions due to tampering are your responsibility, including related costs.
  • Device Charging Responsibility: For wireless tracking devices, charging is required every 2 weeks. Saitrack is not liable for any issues arising from uncharged devices.

2. Liability and Warranty
  • Unlimited Warranty: With an active subscription, Saitrack provides an unlimited warranty covering device replacement and maintenance under normal conditions. This warranty becomes void if the device is tampered with, damaged, or misused.
  • Exclusion of Liability: Saitrack is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from the installation or use of its products, including but not limited to voided vehicle warranties, electrical issues, or any indirect or incidental damages.
  • Hold Harmless Agreement: By agreeing to these terms, you release Saitrack from any liability for unauthorized installations or misuse of products, including privacy violations, ownership disputes, or tracking information misuse.
  • AI-Powered Protection: While our AI-enabled system offers smart alerts and proactive tracking, Saitrack does not guarantee theft prevention.
  • Disclaimer of Recovery Guarantee: Although Saitrack assists in vehicle recovery, successful recovery is not guaranteed due to various uncontrollable factors. Service fees are non-refundable, regardless of recovery outcomes.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Saitrack against third-party claims related to non-compliance with these terms.

3. Vehicle Recovery Terms
  • Reporting Responsibility: You must report a stolen vehicle both to the police and Saitrack to initiate recovery assistance. Saitrack cannot report theft on your behalf.
  • Service Limitations:
    • Recovery efforts are conducted strictly within the legal boundaries of Trinidad and Tobago.
    • Saitrack will make all reasonable efforts to assist with recovery but does not guarantee results.
    • It is your responsibility to notify Saitrack if the vehicle is recovered so that tracking efforts can be terminated.
  • Service Termination and Fees: Saitrack reserves the right to terminate services or charge additional fees in cases of false reports or product misuse.

  • PRIME & PLUS Package Renewal - $895 per year
 
5. Limitations and Exclusions
  • Service Area: Saitrack services are limited to Trinidad and Tobago and are provided in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
  • Warranty Limitations: Saitrack is not liable for issues resulting from unauthorized installations or modifications performed by third parties.
  • Service Interruptions: Saitrack is not responsible for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control, such as network infrastructure changes or force majeure events.
  • GPS Tracker and Service Fee Policy: GPS trackers and service fees are non-refundable, irrespective of recovery outcomes or other circumstances. No refunds or package modifications are available.
 
6. Money-Back Guarantee (Limited Time Offer)
Saitrack is proud to offer a Money-Back Guarantee on the Saitrack device for a limited time only. This guarantee applies solely to the hardware device provided by Saitrack and does not extend to any third-party services or products such as SIM cards, network providers, or external servers.

Scope of Guarantee:
● This guarantee is applicable only if the Saitrack device is proven to be defective or fails to function under normal operating conditions due to manufacturing faults.
● Claims must be submitted within Fourteen (14) days of being stolen and not recovered, along with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, police & Insurance reports).

Exclusions:
The guarantee does not cover issues arising from improper use, tampering, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond Saitrack's control (e.g., network downtime, SIM cards, or environmental factors). While Saitrack assists in providing vehicle location information, the guarantee does not apply if law enforcement is unable to recover the vehicle for any reason. Recovery efforts depend on multiple factors beyond Saitrack’s control, including police operations and external circumstances.

Refund Process:
● Claims may take up to 180 days to process, as Saitrack will conduct thorough investigations to validate each claim. Customers will be notified of the status throughout the process.
● Approved refunds will be issued for the device only, excluding any related service or installation fees.
● Refunds do not apply to service fees, installation costs, or any additional charges unrelated to the hardware device.

False Claims:
Any false or fraudulent claims will result in the immediate termination of the guarantee and may incur additional penalties, including legal action if necessary. 

 
7. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for Saitrack’s services, the customer affirms that they have the legal authority to authorize the installation and operation of tracking devices on the specified vehicle(s).

Saitrack assumes no responsibility for installations done without proper ownership or legal authorization.
