THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Our Money-Back Guarantee focuses on the Saitrack device itself and does not extend to external products or services. This includes issues arising from SIM cards, network providers, or server disruptions that are beyond our control.
UNSUCCESSFUL RECOVERY
While Saitrack assists in providing vehicle location information, the guarantee does not apply if law enforcement is unable to recover the vehicle for any reason. Recovery efforts depend on multiple factors beyond Saitrack’s control, including police operations and external circumstances.
ABNORMAL DEVICE USAGE
The guarantee is valid only for defects or faults in the Saitrack device caused by manufacturing issues during normal usage. Any problems outside this scope, such as those caused by negligence or misuse, are not covered.
EXTERNAL FACTORS
Environmental conditions and external factors, such as extreme weather, SOE, Pandemics, network downtime, or provider outages, are not covered under this guarantee. These exclusions help set clear and fair expectations for our customers.
